Ingredients

  • Rabbit, diced up into medium size pieces (3 lbs. average)
  • 2 Tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Tsp Sugar
  • ¾ of a whole onion (Rough chopped)
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup Water

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
  1. Get your vegetable oil hot in a large skillet. Then place your diced up rabbit meat and brown all sides. As the rabbit gets color in a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients including the water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over rabbit.
  1. Place the skillet into the smoker uncovered for 80 minutes, make sure to baste meat frequently. Best way to tell when the meat is done, is when its tender.
