A mouth-watering smoked take on a classic salsa that will leave you begging for more!

Ingredients

  • 12 roma tomatoes, halved
  • 5 jalapenos (stems removed), halved
  • 2 yellow onions, quartered
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro

  • Food Processor

Directions

  1. Put veggies on the Pit Boss at 225°F for 2 hours. Wrap your garlic in foil for the majority of the time and unwrap with about 30 minutes to go.
  1. Put everything in a food processor and add seasoning salt, sea salt, lime juice and cilantro
  1. Mix in the food processor until it’s the consistency you like.
  1. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!

RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS

Recipe Note

For more or less heat, use more or less jalapeños. Since it’s going in the processor, you can leave the seeds. This recipe will be a medium heat level. 🌶🌶
