Ingredients

  • 3 bunches small/medium sized asparagus
  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 10 oz. sliced red onion (about 3/4 medium-sized onion)
  • 1/2 oz. sliced basil
  • 4 tbsp Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat your gas griddle to a medium heat.
  1. Melt butter and add mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Add onions and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  1. Add chopped asparagus and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  1. Lastly, add fresh chopped basil and season to taste.
  1. Serve and enjoy!
