This Grilled Spicy Lime Shrimp is a simple way to prepare seafood with a kick! The sweet and spicy flavor comes from the Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub and a bit of lime juice. After marinating, they're loaded onto skewers and then onto the grill for a wood-fired finish. These spicy lime shrimp are tasty enough to be the centerpiece of your meal, or make them ahead of time to serve in tacos or a salad.

Pit Boss Kitchen

  • 1 Large Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and Sweet Heat Rub.
  1. Then pour it into a resealable bag, add the shrimp, toss the coat, let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400°F.
  1. Next place the shrimp on skewers, place on the grill, and grill each side for about two minutes until it's done. One finished, remove the shrimp from the grill and serve.
