Ingredients

3 oz. ginger, peeled and chopped

1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
Salt
8 oz. canola oil
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Special Tools
Food Processor
Directions
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. While waiting, prepare a large mixing bowl with cold water and ice cubes.
Blanch the broccolini for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, then ‘shock’ them by placing immediately in ice water to stop the cooking and preserve their green color.
Once cooled, remove the broccolini from the ice water and pat dry with a towel.
In a blender, add ginger, vinegar, mustard, sesame oil, and salt. Turn blender on and slowly turn speed to high, then add the canola oil slowly until completely incorporated.
Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
In a bowl, toss broccolini in enough of your ginger sauce to evenly coat them.
Evenly place the marinated broccolini on the lower grill grate and char to desired doneness. Option to open your grill’s seat plate for direct flame grilling.
Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce and top with toasted sesame seeds.
