These quick and easy grilled beef filets are perfect to feed a large crowd, or a small group. And, as the name suggests, they'd be a great addition to your next cocktail party menu. With a cook time of under 10 minutes, you can grill these on the go or whip them up in your backyard with ease. Infuse the smoky flavor of natural hardwood with Pit Boss wood pellets and don't forget to use a high-quality BBQ rub or two.

🔥 Cooking method: For this recipe, you're going to be grilling hot and fast at 500°F. For those who like to enjoy their filets more on the 'rare' side, we recommend using a grill with an open sear plate so you can grill over a direct flame and acheive your perfect meat doneness.
