🔵 Griddle Setup: Griddle Set up for this cook is super easy! The Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle's ceramic cooking surface is non-stick and comes pre-seasoned out of the box, so there's very minimal flat top prep work required before cooking!

In terms of heat settings, we recommend setting 3 burners to medium heat, and one burner to low heat. If you're cooking on one of our other Ultimate Griddles (2, 3, or 5 Burner) just make sure you have at least one burner set to the lowest setting.

This set up allows for a hotter space for cooking, and a cooler space for keeping your cooked food warm. In this recipe, Mazie uses the cooler space on her griddle to keep the sausage and onions warm while she cooks the cabbage.

👨‍🍳 Recipe Prep: Preparing for this Fried Cabbage recipe is simple. First, cut your bacon into 1-inch slices and set aside. Then, chop one head of cabbage and one onion and place each in seperate bowls. Finally, slice up one kielbasa sausage and you're good to go!
