Recipe Note

This recipe can be cooked on any of our Pit Boss Grills wood pellet smokers, our vertical pellet smokers, or any of our barbecue grills using the A-Maze-N smoker accessory wood pellet burners.

Tip:

Take things up a notch by stuffing these Little Smokies with cream cheese. Before wrapping the hot dogs with bacon, grab a straw and push it through the hot dog from one end to the other to hollow out the center. Fill a piping bag with softened cream cheese and pipe some of the cream cheese into the hot dogs.
