These leftover brisket sliders could be the easiest and most delicious way to enjoy leftover brisket, and with three different flavor profiles, there's something for everyone!

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Leftover Brisket
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 1/2 Cups Of Coleslaw Mix: Cabbage, Red Cabbage, and Shredded Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Cole Slaw
  • Pickle Chips
  • Sliced Gouda Cheese
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Turn on your smoker and set to 350°F.
  1. Place your leftover brisket into the smoker and reheat for about 30 minutes.
  1. While your brisket is reheating, prep your slider toppings: Julienne one red onion, and mix half into a large bowl with cabbage, shredded carrots, and coleslaw mix.
  1. Then, remove the Hawaiian rolls from the packaging and separate each roll to create 6 slider buns.
  1. Once your leftover brisket is reheated, remove it from the smoker and place it onto each of the slider buns.
  1. Then, add toppings to each brisket slider. For this recipe, we have three different flavor profiles: Pickle Chips and Red Onion, Coleslaw, or Gouda and Cheddar Cheese.
  1. Add your toppings to each slider and enjoy!
