Turn up the heat with hot and fast Southwest Chicken Wings! These quick and easy wings are tossed in kewpie, a Japanese mayo, and our Southwest BBQ Rub before hitting the grill. The result? Crispy skin and balanced flavor that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 8 whole chicken wings or 16 wing sections
  • 1/3 cup kewpie or mayo of choice
  • Optional Garnishes: sliced green onion and pickled red pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, coat your wings with kewpie and Pit Boss Southwest BBQ Rub. Once your wings are fully coated, cover, and let rest for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator
  1. Preheat your Pit Boss® Grill to 300°F, then place your wings on the top rack and roast. Turn the wings every 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F
  1. Remove from the smoker, and top with sliced green onion and sweet pickled red pepper
  1. Enjoy!
