This quick and easy grilled skirt steak recipe combines our Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub with garlic and mustard for a juicy and tangy plate of beef. Combine with a salad or potato and veggies for a fast, weeknight dinner.

People love skirt steak because not only do they cook quickly, they soak marinades really well so the steak just turns out tender with a nice crust after a quick sear.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard, Grainy
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Lemon, Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Pounds Skirt Steak, Trimmed

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire. Generously rub the mixture all over the skirt steak and allow to marinate for 45 minutes.
  1. Start up your Pit Boss on smoke. Once it's fired up, set the temperature to 400°F.
  1. Grill the skirt steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until the steak is done to the desired degree of doneness.
  1. Remove the steaks from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
