Ingredients

  • 2 10oz cans chopped clams w/ juice
  • 3 celery sticks, minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, minced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh picked thyme
  • 1/2 oz fresh chopped oregano
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pit Boss Smoked Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 bag unsalted potato chips, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat your Pit Boss smoker to 275°F
  1. Add all of your prepared ingredients to a cast iron skillet
  1. Place inside the smoker over the open sear plate
  1. Smoke for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes
  1. Remove the dip from grill and top with crushed potato chips
  1. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers!
