Ditch the chips and reach for crunchy, salty pork rinds instead! This pork-on-pork recipe features delicious pork rinds, crispy bacon, and an ooey gooey nacho cheese sauce that takes it to another level!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags pork rinds – flavor of choice
  • 1 15oz can nacho cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 sliced jalapeno
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Alabama White sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded smoked white cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat your Pit Boss to 225°F
  1. Then, place the pork rinds on a cookie sheet and top with the cheddar cheese
  1. Next, add milk and nacho cheese to a small oven safe pot and place it inside the grill. Close the grill lid, and allow the cheese to melt and get hot, stirring occasionally. This should take about 30 minutes.
  1. Then, place the pork rinds inside your Pit Boss grill for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  1. Next, remove both the pork rinds and the cheese sauce from grill and set aside.
  1. Finally, top the nachos with the hot cheese sauce and remaining toppings and enjoy!
