Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup balsamic dressing
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Pit Boss Maple Chipotle Rub

Special Tools

  • Oven-safe sauté pan

Directions

  1. Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
  1. Clean and rinse the brussels sprouts, then cut each in half.
  1. Place a sauté pan in the center of the lowest grill rack and allow the pan to preheat for a few minutes.
  1. Coat the pan with oil then add the brussels sprouts and open the sear plate for direct flame access.
  1. Stir the sprouts often for even color and cooking. After 5-6 minutes, close the sear plate and add dressing and season with BBQ rub.
  1. Place the pan on the left or right side of lower grate, close the lid, and allow the sprouts to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  1. Remove the pan from the grill and serve immediately.
