Remove the ribs from their packaging and pat dry. Flip to back of ribs and score the membrane with a knife, then peel off the membrane.
Generously sprinkle the ribs with Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub on both sides of the ribs and rub.
Set your Pit Boss Smoker to 250F. Once the smoker is ready, add the ribs and smoke for 4 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
