Ingredients

  • 8 whole chicken wings or 16 wing sections
  • 1/3 cup kewpie or mayo of choice
  • Optional Garnishes: charred lemon and thyme sprigs

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, coat your wings with kewpie and Pit Boss Boss Rub. Once your wings are fully coated, cover, and let rest for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator.
  1. Preheat your Pit Boss® Grill to 300°F, then place your wings on the top rack and roast. Turn the wings every 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  1. Remove from the smoker, and garnish with charred lemon halves and thyme sprigs
  1. Enjoy!
