Ingredients


1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce

1/2 Cup Rinsed & Drained Black Beans, Can

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1 Cup Scrambled Egg

1 Onion, Sliced

1/2 Tablespoon Pit Boss Pulled Pork Seasoning

2 Cups Leftover Pulled Pork

1 Red Pepper, Strips

1 Tablespoon Salsa

4 Extra Large Tortilla



Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350F. Toss the peppers and onions with Pit Boss Pulled Pork seasoning and grill until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the grill and let cool.

  2. To assemble the breakfast burritos, combine the pulled pork with the barbecue sauce, then top the tortilla with a small amount of pork, eggs, black beans, onions and pepper, shredded cheese and salsa. Roll into a burrito and repeat with the remaining burritos.

  3. Grill the burritos for 3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are crisp and browned. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
