The Pumpkin Spice Pork Ribs are a barbecue classic with a holiday twist. This easy-to-follow recipe is seasoned with Pit Boss Pumpkin Spice Rub, wrapped with apple juice and butter, and smoked until perfectly tender. You can't go wrong with these juicy, succulent, fall-off-the-bone ribs!

  • 2 racks of Pork Ribs
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter


  1. Set your Pit Boss grill to 225° F.
  2. Remove the membrane from the bone side of the ribs.
  3. Coat ribs lightly with olive oil, and then season generously with Pumpkin Spice Rub.
  4. Place ribs meat side up on the grill.
  5. After 3 hours, wrap each rack of ribs in foil with a tablespoon of butter and some additional rub. Return to the grill for 1.5 hours.
  6. After 1.5 hours, unwrap the ribs, and return to the grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. When ribs bend 90 degrees, remove, slice and serve.


  1. Add some apple juice to your wrap with the butter and rub for a more tender, fall of the bone rib
