Louisiana Burger with Cajun Remoulade

4 Burger Buns

For the remoulade sauce : 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Cup Gherkin Pickles, Diced

1 Pound Ground Beef

For the remoulade sauce : 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce

For the remoulade sauce : 1 Cup Mayo

For the remoulade sauce : 2 Tablespoons Mustard, Dijon

For the remoulade sauce : 3 Tablespoon Mustard, Whole Grain

For the remoulade sauce : 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Leaves

4 Pepper Jack Cheese, Sliced

1 Cup Crinkle Cut Pickles

1 Tablespoon Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub

1 Cup Barbeque Potato Chips

4 Slices Smoked Ham

Cooking Instructions

  1. For the remoulade: combine all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.  

  2. For the burgers: in a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and Sweet Rib Rub. Form into patties. Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 350F and grill the burgers for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once the burgers have been flipped, top each patty with a slice of ham and a slice of pepper jack cheese.  

  3. Once the burgers have been grilled to your desired degree of doneness, remove them from the grill and assemble the burgers. Top the bun with the burger, add a generous spoonful of the Cajun remoulade, add a few pickle slices, a small handful of barbecue potato chips, then top with a bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
