When you can't decide whether you want sweet or spicy— have 'em both! With this quick and easy Maple Habanero Grilled Wing recipe, you'll have the best of both worlds. Easily customizable by choosing your preferred hot sauce, you can also play around with the ratio of sweet and spicy with the maple syrup. Great for game days, tailgates, or just a relaxed backyard BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 12-16 chicken wing sections
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp habanero hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp whole butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat your wood pellet grill to 500°F
  1. In a bowl, evenly coat the wings in 2 tbsp oil. Then, season with an all-purpose rub and mix until coated.
  1. Grill the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15-18 minutes.
  1. Remove wings from the grill and add into a clean bowl along with hot sauce, butter, and maple syrup. Toss until evenly coated.
  1. Serve while hot!
