Ingredients

8 Slices Bacon, Cooked
4 Burger Buns
1 Can Green Chiles, Drained
1 Pound Ground Chuck
4 Pepper Jack Cheese, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Pit Boss Hickory Bacon Seasoning
1/2 Cup Salsa Verde

Cooking Method

  1. Start up your Pit Boss. Then, set the temperature to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chuck, Hickory Bacon seasoning, and ½ tablespoon of the diced green chiles until well combined. Shape into patties and set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the salsa verde and the remaining green chiles. Set aside.

  4. Grill your burgers for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway and topping each patty with a slice of pepper jack. Remove the burgers from the grill when they reach the desired degree of doneness.

  5. Assemble the burgers: top each bun with the patty, two slices of bacon, and a generous spoonful of the chile-salsa mixture. Top with a bun and serve immediately.
