Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups of water

Directions

  1. Preheat pellet grill or smoker to 200°F. We recommend fueling up with a heavy-smoke flavor wood like Mesquite pellets or our Pit Boss Competition Blend.
  1. Place a large shallow pan on your grill grates and pour in about 4-6 cups of water.
  1. Let the water smoke for about 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
  1. Turn grill off and allow the pans of water to cool.
  1. Once cooled, transfer water to ice cube trays or ice molds and place them in the freezer.
  1. When the ice cubes are completely frozen, enjoy in your favorite drink! Store remaining cubes in a sealed freezer bag or other container until ready to use.
