1 cup cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1 cup Chili Con Carne, Prepared

1 bag French Fries

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Sweet Heat Rub



Cooking Instructions


These chili fries are an excellent and easy snack that is perfect for tailgating, easy weeknight dinners, or a simple snack for the family. The crispy fries, chili and melty cheese all get a kiss of smoke from our pellet grill, which is a versatile and easy way to make a delicious appetizer. Mix the chili with shredded beef or chicken and make it a hearty meal.

  1. Set up your Pit Boss. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F. If you’re using charcoal or gas, set it up for medium high heat.
  2. Bake the fries according to manufacturer’s instructions. Once the fries are done, place them in a large bowl and add the olive oil and Sweet Heat Rub. Toss the fries to coat. Once everything is well coated with the oil and seasoning, spread the fries on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the fries with the chili and the shredded cheddar cheese. Place the baking sheet on the grill and grill for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the chili is warm all the way through.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the grill and serve the fries immediately.
