½ Tablespoon Applewood Bacon Seasoning

1 cup Barbecue Sauce

2 cups cooked brisket, cooked and chunked

Cilantro, Chopped

1 bag Coleslaw, Prepared

8 Corn Tortillas

Green Onions, Sliced

1 Lime, Juiced

1/4 cup fried Onion, Crispy

1 chipotle Pepper, diced finely

1/2 cup Sour Cream

Cooking Instructions

Whether it’s Taco Tuesday or not (shouldn’t every day be Taco Tuesday?) we have a Bossin BBQ Brisket Taco recipe that shakes things up from the traditional beef taco. Combine smoky BBQ and spicy Tex-Mex flavors into a delicious and beefy lunch.

  1. Start up your Pit Boss. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F
  2. In a large aluminum pan, toss together the brisket, barbecue sauce and Pit Boss Smoke Infused Applewood Bacon Rub . Cover the aluminum pan with foil and grill for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, diced chipotle, green onion, cilantro and coleslaw mix.
  4. Remove the brisket from the grill and top the corn tortillas with the brisket and chipotle slaw. Garnish with more cilantro and a few fried onion strips.
