Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Calling all steak lovers! These seared steak bites are cooked to perfection and tossed in a garlic and parmesan butter sauce. A quick and easy meal or party appetizer to make that will disappear in seconds. Steak and garlic butter couldn’t be a better combo and you must try these!

Ingredients

  • 1 NY Strip Steak Or Rib Eye, Trimmed And Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2-3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Parsley, For Garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat Pit Boss griddle to medium.
  2. Season steak cubes with Pit Boss Smoked Salt and Pepper Rub.
  3. Heat oil and once it’s sizzling, place the steak cubes on the griddle in a single layer.
  4. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare making sure a nice brown crust forms.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Place on the griddle and cook until the butter and cheese has melted.
  6. Place steak bites in a bowl and pour the garlic butter sauce. Toss to combine.
  7. Plate and garnish with parsley. Use leftover garlic butter for dipping.
