Start your Grill on 'smoke' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 350F.
Unroll the crescent dough. With a pizza cutter, cut each triangle into 3-4 pieces. Roll up each sausage in one piece of dough, and then place them all on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes on your grill with the lid closed. Remove from the grill, plate, and they are ready to be served.
