This Smoked Spatchcock Turkey is seasoned "Cajun style" with Sweet Heat Rub to reinvigorate the classic Thanksgiving Turkey with new life and flavor. Be sure to buy a pre-brined turkey or brine it yourself with kosher salt and water the night before.

  • 16 oz Cajun Butter
  • 1 Brined Turkey

Directions

  1. Preheat Pit Boss Grill to 300°F.
  2. Inject the turkey with Cajun butter and season liberally with Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub.
  3. Place on the grill and cook until thighs and breasts reach 165°.
  4. Let rest for 30 minutes and serve.
