Onyx Advanced Digital Control Board

The Pit Boss Onyx Edition Grills advanced control board is PID based and offers P Settings at low temperatures for the ultimate controlled cooking experience. These settings allow you to adjust the machine to fit your environment or boost smoke density. The control board also features 5-degree increment settings to target indirect cooking temperatures ranging from 180º to 500ºF.

Large Hopper Capacity

The hopper holds enough pellets to cook even the lowest and slowest of dishes and features a hopper cleanout door for easy access.

Heavy Duty Construction

Onyx Edition Grills are Bigger, Hotter, Heavier®. Built to last and hold heat better with heavy-duty steel construction. An adjustable front shelf and side shelf make for easy cooking.

Flame Broiler Lever

Fire it up and cook with indirect heat or use the Flame Broiler™ lever to directly flame sear up to 1,000°F. Easily adjust the lever to return to indirect heat. Available on Savannah & Austin XL wood pellet grills.

Hopper Cleanout

Easily swap wood pellet flavors or clean your hopper with the easy Pellet Hopper Cleanout system. Available on Savannah & Austin XL.

Storage Solutions

These units are equipped with side shelves, folding front shelves & a solid bottom shelf - plus built-in tool hooks!

Simple Ash Cleanout

Make cleanup a breeze with the removable Ash management system. Keep your grill in top shape. Available on Savannah.
