Brandie Gann

Pit Boss Nation, join us in celebrating our February Pit Boss Hero of the Month: Major Brandie Gann! Major Gann serves in the Air Force Reserve and was nominated by someone serving alongside her while deployed. They say that Gann’s civilian experience in law enforcement and as a civilian paramedic have translated well into her work in the Air Force, training Air Force Firefighters Security Forces personnel, K-9 medics, and other military emergency services personnel. She also dedicated her down time between shifts to conduct 6 months of extra training for other units. In addition, she spearheaded the creation of a 9/11 memorial monument and memorial service to honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. In her free time, she is regularly serves as a mentor to other troops who are said to be inspired by Major Gann’s influence. In fact, her drive to help and serve others has not only been described as inspiring, but also unmatched. When she isn’t working or volunteering, she’s known to spend time throwing down on the grill and bringing friends and family together to enjoy meals. She’s also a Tejas Cookers Association champion who enjoys grilling up masterpieces to satisfy everyone's hunger. Thank you for your service, Major Brandie Gann!
