Ingredients

  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Start off by peeling all your potatoes and place the peeled ones in a bowl of cool water to prevent browning.
  1. Then, use a cheese grater to shred your potatoes. It’s best to use the side with the bigger holes and to do this in a bowl of water to prevent browning. Drain the water out of your newly shredded potatoes and continue to rinse under water until it runs clear. Transfer them to a tray lined with paper to dry them off as much as possible.
  1. Next get your Ultimate 4- Burner Griddle turned to medium heat. Once the temperature is reached, drop some butter onto the griddle.
  1. Layer your hashbrown down in a rectangular shape and no more than ½ an inch of height. Do not move it around or flip it.
  1. While one side cooks, sprinkle the Pit Boss Bold Burger Rub over your hashbrowns to taste. Your hash browns will be ready to flip in about 3-4 minutes.
  1. Flip your hashbrown and repeat the seasoning process if you like. Scoop your hashbrown off the griddle and onto your plate and enjoy.
