Ingredients

  • 8 Bacon, Strip
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Green Onion
  • 4 Large Portobello Mushrooms

Directions

  1. Preheat your Grill to 350 degrees F.
  2. Core the mushrooms and remove the gills completely.
  3. Sprinkle garlic in each mushroom, followed by bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, more bacon and lastly green onions.
  4. Place on the grates of your Grill and cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot. Be careful taking the first bite - they're very juicy!
