Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Pack Cream Cheese, Softened
  • Cut in Half Lengthwise, Destemmed, Deveined and Deseeded Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 Strips Smoked Applewood Bacon, Cut in Half

  • Toothpicks

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, our Limited Edition Pit Boss Bourbon Apple Rub and cheddar cheese. Mix until completely combined.
  1. Using a spoon, fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all jalapeno poppers are finished.
  1. Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 400°F. Place your jalapeno poppers on the grill basket and grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and crispy.
