Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Pit Boss Alberta Black Gold Rub
  • 1 Tsp Chili Paste
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • 2 Grate Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Ginger, Fresh
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon, Juice
  • 4 Salmon, Fillets (Skin Removed)
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium

Directions

  1. Start your grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400°F.
  1. Take the salmon and place it in a large resealable plastic bag, and then top with all remaining ingredients, except the chives. Seal the plastic bag and toss evenly to coat the salmon. Marinade in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  1. After the salmon has been marinating for 20 minutes, place salmon on a flat pan or right on the grates and grill for about 3 minutes, and then flip and grill on the second side for about 3 minutes. Turn off the Grill, remove the pan from grill, plate, garnish with chives.
