  • 30 minutes Cook Time

This Marinated Grilled Chicken Wings recipe has everything you could want in chicken wings: juicy wings with golden crispy skin, lots of flavor, a simple marinade, and a quick cook time. These wings are marinated in a sweet and spicy mixture for up to 24 hours before going on the grill. The result is delicious wings with a touch of wood-fired flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Bottle Beer, Any Brand
  • 2 Lbs Chicken Wings, Whole
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub
  • 2 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Hot Sauce

Directions

  • In a large glass or plastic bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil and Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub. Whisk well to combine.
  • Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  • Remove chicken wings from refrigerator, drain marinade and pat dry. Preheat Pit Boss Grill to 350°F. Place the wings on a grill pan and grill for 20-25 minutes, or until the wings' internal temperature is 165°F. Remove from the grill, serve and enjoy!
