Directions
- MAKE THE MARINADE: In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, chopped chipotle peppers, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Sweet Rib Rub. Whisk the glaze until it's well combined.
- MARINATE: Add the wings to the bowl to coat with the glaze, cover, and place in the fridge. Allow to marinate for up to 12 hours.
- GRILL: Preheat your grill to 350°F or 'medium high heat' if using a charcoal or gas grill. Remove the marinated wings from the fridge and place on a wire rack. Insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of one of the wings and grill on the bottom grate for 5 minutes. Then rotate the rack 180° and grill for another 5 minutes. Remove the wings once they have an internal temperature of 165°F and the juice from the chicken runs clear.
- SERVE & ENJOY: Remove the fully-cooked wings from the grill and serve immediately.
