Ingredients

  • One whole boneless pork loin
  • Dijon Mustard

Directions

  1. Set your Pit Boss grill to 225° F.
  2. Slather whole pork loin lightly with Dijon mustard, and coat fully with Bourbon Apple spice.
  3. Place directly on grill and cook for 21/2 to 3 hours, depending on size, until the thickest part of the pork loin is 145° F internal temperature.
  4. Rest covered for 10 minutes, slice thinly, and serve.

  1. Serve with stuffing, potatoes, or roasted vegetables for a complete Holiday meal.
