After letting the bacon rest overnight in maple syrup, the key is to smoke the strips of bacon at 225°F for 30 minutes on each side.
Note: It is recommended to use Competition Blend Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.
This recipe uses Pit Boss Mandarin Habanero seasoning.
For a low sugar version, use low carb maple syrup and brown sugar substitute.
