Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 1 bag frozen fries
  • Colby jack cheese

Directions

  1. Start your pellet grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 350°F.
  1. Place the bacon on a bacon rack and set in the grill. Cook until crispy, about 15 minutes.
  1. Once slightly cooled, crumble the strips into small pieces and set it aside.
  1. Grill the frozen French fries based on the package instructions, cooking on a pan in your grill instead of an oven.
  1. Once fries are golden brown, sprinkle cheese and bacon on top, and return the pan to the grill to barbecue at 450°F for 1 minute. Remove from grill.
