Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 300°F
- While your grill is preheating, cut your cheese into 1-inch by 1-inch squares.
- Next, slice the jalapenos into 1/4-inch round slices, slice the sausage into 1/4-inch round slices, and cut each strip of bacon in half.
- Once everything is prepped, place the bacon strips down two at a time in a cross pattern.
- Then, lay down a piece of sausage, a chunk of cheese, and a sliced jalapeno onto the crossed bacon strips. Fold the bacon over the layered ingredients, and secure with a toothpick.
- Season with Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub on all sides before placing them directly on the grates of your preheated smoker.
- Smoke for about 20 minutes, then transfer “these” to an oven-save container, and smoke for another 25 minutes.
- After a total cooking time of 45 minutes, remove “these” from your smoker and let cool.
- Serve with a side of BBQ Sauce and enjoy!
