Directions
- Start off by peeling all your potatoes and place the peeled ones in a bowl of cool water to prevent browning.
- Then, use a cheese grater to shred your potatoes. It’s best to use the side with the bigger holes and to do this in a bowl of water to prevent browning. Drain the water out of your newly shredded potatoes and continue to rinse under water until it runs clear. Transfer them to a tray lined with paper to dry them off as much as possible.
- Next get your Ultimate 4- Burner Griddle turned to medium heat. Once the temperature is reached, drop some butter onto the griddle.
- Layer your hashbrown down in a rectangular shape and no more than ½ an inch of height. Do not move it around or flip it.
- While one side cooks, sprinkle the Pit Boss Bold Burger Rub over your hashbrowns to taste. Your hash browns will be ready to flip in about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip your hashbrown and repeat the seasoning process if you like. Scoop your hashbrown off the griddle and onto your plate and enjoy.
