The Beast Mode Burger

Can you take down the Beast Mode Burger?! With each patty weighing in at just over a pound, this bossin' burger is not for the faint of heart. We challenge you to fire up the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle and put your appetite to the test — This burger will not be easy to complete. 

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of Laura’s Lean ground beef
  • 1 round focaccia loaf approx. 10 –12 in round
  • 1 cup shredded smoked white cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups potato chips of your choice
  • 4 slices candied bacon
  • Ketchup
  • Chipotle or spicy mayonnaise
  • 1/4 pound whole butter

Directions

  • First, preheat your Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle to medium heat.
  • Next, form the Laura’s Lean ground beef into 1-pound meatballs, and place them onto the preheated griddle.
  • Smash each meatball to ¼-½ inch thick, and season patties with your favorite Pit Boss Rub before flipping.
  • Then, add butter to the griddle, let melt slightly, and toast the focaccia loaf.
  • Next, add plenty of cheese to the top of each patty, and let melt.
  • Finally, remove the focaccia loaf and burger patties from the griddle and assemble the beast mode burger: Layer patty, bacon, and chips onto the bottom bun, then repeat.
  • Top the burger with ketchup and spicy mayo before adding the top bun.
  • Slice and enjoy!
