Sweet Chili Salmon Skewers

The perfect weeknight recipe does exist. Light, healthy, and packed with flavor, these Sweet Chili Salmon Skewers require just a few ingredients, minimal prep, and come together in minutes on the griddle.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. salmon filets
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet soy glaze
  • 10-12 slices pickled ginger
  • 1/2 tsp green onion

Directions

  • Slice salmon filet into 1-inch strips and thread onto skewers.
  • Heat your Pit Boss gas griddle to medium heat.
  • Sear salmon skewers on all sides. Sear for 6 to 8 minutes to achieve a medium temperature or 8 to 10 minutes for well done.
  • After removing the salmon from the griddle, arrange on a platter and top with sweet soy, sweet chili sauce, pickled ginger, and green onions.
