Southwest Chicken Wings

Turn up the heat with hot and fast Southwest Chicken Wings! These quick and easy wings are tossed in kewpie, a Japanese mayo, and our Hatch Chili Verde BBQ Rub before hitting the grill. The result? Crispy skin and balanced flavor that will keep you coming back for more.

  • In a large bowl, coat your wings with kewpie and Pit Boss Hatch Chili Verde Rub. Once your wings are fully coated, cover, and let them rest for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator
  • Preheat your Pit Boss® Grill to 300°F, then place your wings on the top rack and roast. Turn the wings every 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F
  • Remove from the smoker, and top with sliced green onion and sweet pickled red pepper
  • Enjoy!
