Directions
- In a large bowl, coat your wings with kewpie and Pit Boss Southwest BBQ Rub. Once your wings are fully coated, cover, and let rest for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator
- Preheat your Pit Boss® Grill to 300°F, then place your wings on the top rack and roast. Turn the wings every 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F
- Remove from the smoker, and top with sliced green onion and sweet pickled red pepper
- Enjoy!
