Smoked St. Louis Ribs

These Smoked St. Louis Ribs are an instant classic. The perfect amount of sweet and spicy, these ribs will have you coming back again, and again. Give these a try for your next gameday feast or backyard BBQ!

  • Preheat Pit Boss Grill to 275°F.
  • Remove ribs from packaging, remove membrane then season with BBQ Rub.
  • Place ribs on upper rack and smoke for 1 1/2 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove ribs from grill, baste with softened butter, place in aluminum pan with chicken broth, and cover with film and foil.
  • Return to grill and braise in covered pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Once the ribs are braised to desired doneness, remove from the pan and brush with a coat of sauce and return to upper rack of the grill.
  • Baste with sauce every 15-20 minutes as needed. After 45 - 50 minutes, remove from the grill, carve and serve immediately.
