Directions
- Set your Pit Boss grill to 225°F.
- Slather whole pork loin lightly with Dijon mustard, and coat fully with our Limited-Edition Bourbon Apple Rub.
- Place directly on grill and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on size, until the thickest part of the pork loin is 145°F internal temperature.
- Rest covered for 10 minutes, slice thinly, and serve.
