Ingredients

  • Pit Boss Bourbon Apple Rub
  • One whole boneless pork loin
  • Dijon Mustard

Directions

  • Set your Pit Boss grill to 225°F.
  • Slather whole pork loin lightly with Dijon mustard, and coat fully with our Limited-Edition Bourbon Apple Rub.
  • Place directly on grill and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on size, until the thickest part of the pork loin is 145°F internal temperature.
  • Rest covered for 10 minutes, slice thinly, and serve.
