Directions
- Marinated Cucumbers: Toss sliced cucumbers with mint leaves, basil leaves, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl or plastic bag, and set aside.
- Preheat your Pit Boss to 250°F
- Remove the membrane from the back side of the ribs.
- Next, season your ribs with a Teriyaki glaze, and Pit Boss BBQ Rub of Choice. We used Pit Boss Honey Sriracha Rub.
- Then, place the ribs on upper rack and smoke for 2 hours.
- Remove ribs, rub them with softened butter, and place in a foil pan with 24oz. of water or vegetable stock.
- Cover with film and foil, then place the ribs back on the grill to cook for another 2 1/2 hours.
- Remove from pan and glaze with Asian zing sauce and place back on grill for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from the grill. Slice and plate, garnish with more zing sauce, green onions, toasted sesame seeds and marinated cucumbers. Enjoy!
