Smoked Beer Cheese Dip

Elevate your next game day or party with this Smoked Beer Cheese Dip Appetizer, infused with the wood-fired flavor of the Pit Boss pellet grill. Serve alongside soft pretzels, chips, fresh bread, or veggies for a snack platter that's sure to impress. 

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Beer, Can
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Pit Boss All Purpose GSP Rub
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Directions

  • Fire up your pellet grill or smoker and set the temperature to 350°F. If you're using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to medium-high heat. Preheat with lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a cast iron pan, add cream cheese, shredded cheese, beer, onion powder, salt and pepper. Once grill is at 350°F, place cast iron skillet onto the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Top with more shredded cheese and fresh parsley. Serve with fresh baked pretzels, chips, or veggies.
