Directions
- First, preheat your Pit Boss Navigator to 400°F
- Then, pack your defrosted tater tots into a cast iron skillet, as tight as possible.
- Next, using a fork or potato smasher, smash the tater tots so they all smush together.
- Place your cast iron skillet into your preheated smoker and cook for approximately 30 minutes to crisp up your tater crust.
- Once your crust is crispy, remove the skillet from the grill and add pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings (we did onions and jalapeños).
- Place the skillet back onto your Pit Boss until your cheese melts.
- Finally, remove the skillet from the grill, and carefully remove the pizza from the skillet.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
