Directions
- Preheat your flat top gas griddle to medium/high heat.
- While your griddle is heating up, divide the chorizo into 6 equal portions and roll them into balls.
- Next, equally space the chorizo portions onto your griddle's cooking surface, place tortillas over the top of each portion, and press flat.
- Allow each portion to sear for 3-5 minutes before flipping to cook the tortilla side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, remove each taco from the griddle and top with cheese, cabbage, pico de gallo, and diced Pinkglow® pineapple.
