Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
- Get your vegetable oil hot in a large skillet. Then place your diced up rabbit meat and brown all sides. As the rabbit gets color in a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients including the water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over rabbit.
- Place the skillet into the smoker uncovered for 80 minutes, make sure to baste meat frequently. Best way to tell when the meat is done, is when its tender.
